メンテナンスされたゴルフコースにすぐアクセス出来る環境は、ネパールにおいて何物にも代え難い。この国においてゴルファーにとって至高の場所だと思います。

細かいトコで、家具や電気設備の建付が悪いし、害獣対策のため宿泊してる部屋の窓が開かないとか、廊下が暗い、食事のメニューが全てのレストランで同じだとか、ワインリストでグラスワインに欠品あるとか、リゾートの割に余り長期滞在には向かないかなぁと思います。

It is a beautiful location, beautiful and lush, with wildlife (monkeys and deer) out and about. Their Indian food was one of the best I have had. Compliments to the chef! The restaurant staff and services were amazing. Very attentive waiters. Their temperature controlled pool was also quite nice.

There are some things I did not like. First, the hotel has an internal information leak within their database which I informed the staff about but they did not take it seriously or choose to investigate - but a warning to anyone who books! As soon as I booked a room here, within a few hours I received several spam messages on my private number from Gokarna asking me to verify my credit card information. Even after I checked out I continued to receive them. So you may face this issue if you book it online. Second, another criticism I have is that, in the nature walk they do not allow professional cameras. However this information was not given to us in advance in a clear way or with good reason. They just suddenly took our cameras before the walk. Third, the staff did not volunteer information. It was often us who had to ask questions to receive information from them. For example, when checking into the spa area, we were not told in advance that there was an extra charge for using the jacuzzi and steam rooms. It was just when we sat in the jacuzzi that a staff member came in and told us we were not allowed to be there and to leave. When we asked for more information they then explained there was a 2500 charge. It would have been nice if we were informed in advance, and then we could have paid and planned our spa afternoon accordingly. Similarly, upon checking in we did not receive any information about breakfast timings. Which is usually a very common thing that hotels inform you about when checking in. So overall it is a nice place but there is still room for improvement.

Hotel de ensueño. Dispone de spa y campo de golf. La habitación muy espaciosa con una zona con sofás. El baño con la bañera más grande que he visto, más parecida a una piscina pequeña. Disponen de varios restaurantes, uno de ellos con vistas al campo de golf, donde se pueden ver en el bosque que lo rodea muchos gamos que salen al campo después de la lluvia. El hotel ofrece la posibilidad de realizar una excursión por los bosques con un guía y ver los animales de forma más cercana. El desayuno muy muy bueno y completo, el mejor de todo el viaje. Con la posibilidad de pedir y ver como hacen una tortilla, un dosa, te de masala y de como cortan la fruta (de forma preciosa). El personal del hotel muy gentil y atento, incluso nos dejaron estar en la habitación una hora más el día del check out.

El spa es muy grande pero está mal organizado. Te indican que te duches antes de realizar el masaje y el lugar donde te cambias y donde se encuentra la ducha no es en la misma habitación donde se realiza el masaje. No protegen la intimidad y privacidad del cliente al tener que desplazarte por zonas abiertas y compartidas del spa solamente con una toalla.

Location, Food and the staff

Rooms are rundown AC leaks, no proper hot water and no lift to the 3rd floor. The internet connection is slow and temperamental.

The location, room, and friendliness of staff. And the deer and monkeys were a bonus. It did feel very special and we were made to feel so welcome throughout our stay.

Alcoholic drinks were a little expensive.

I thank all staff of the resort for their kindness and support will all help that we need it. I really enjoyed the stay.
