INThis place is awesome and located in a very calm area, perfect for relaxation and peace. The staff behavior was excellent — whenever I called, they responded immediately. I also spoke with the owner, who was very kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. It truly felt like staying at my own home. The food was completely homemade and prepared by the employees with great taste and care. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Sometimes we faced power cut issues, so having a power backup would make the stay even better. Also, it takes a little more time to get hot water. Other than these minor issues, everything was really good and we had a wonderful experience.

DEWe had a wonderful stay here during my trip to Ooty. The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, quiet, and relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It was the perfect spot to unwind, and I would love to visit again!"
SGCool climate
Shower hot water lasts only 3 or 4 minutes before turning cold in the chilling weather, low quality small pillows, substandard comforter covers, bungalows located in inaccessible location and each time have to walk up long flight of steps in cold weather, carrying things up and down is more challenging, ordered food from kitchen served very late at 8.30pm, way past dinner time, electricity trips very often and unable to watch tv peacefully. Overall, priced charged is not worth at all for this place.
