INLocation is amazing. Staff is cooperative. Food is really good. Ooty town is 15 mins away so if you have your own vehicle, it’s ideal property. We will surely visit again.

ZASet amongst the Tea Plantations , You can just walk thro the plantations that surround the property - and join the very friendly colourful tea pickers - very scenic ! Really authentic Ooty experience. Umesh the cook and all round admin and service staff is brilliant and tries hard to please. Meals were tasty . Owners are very friendly.
Access to the property is via untarred road , quite hectic and not easy to get to . Driveway to the house is virtually inaccessible - to all but the most daring - being so steep ....and there are probably 30 or more stairs to climb down from roadside to the property - and back up again ..... Shower pressure is a challenge...perhaps it is normal for more rural India ..? ... Room is comfortable but provisions are minimal . It is more of a Bed and Breakfast than anything else I imagined - hoped for an interactive local family experience....but that perhaps was my own misinterpretation of the offering ...
