River Garden Hotel and Resort

An exceptional facility located just by the road. Internet was superb since instead of low speed sharing they offered us express net through cards. Owner was very accommodating since he switched on generator to facilitate us when electricity was not there. Rooms were brand new and exquisitely comfortable. Hotel outlook from inside was superb.

Initially property asked us for online deposit prior confirmation of rooms but that may to be make sure we were coming. Still at very short notice we were accommodated without any advance

Location was good and rooms were new so it was clean.

They have mentioned free WiFi but there was no WiFi facility and charging an additional amount to provide WiFi facility. No intercom facility every time you have to go to reception to call staff. The person at reception was also not welcoming. They have only 1 or 2 staff members for room service which takes too much time if you request something. No hot water was available and the towel placed in the washroom was also dirty which was replaced on request. No TV availability in rooms. Simply they are charging way more than the services they offer
