Overall

The place was nice, the location was exactly what I was looking for (close to lago de oro to wakeboard). The place is nice and the staff was super attentive.

The only problem from my end was the lack of running water in the bedroom. The water was salty.

Staffs are friendly. Specially ate Nena 🫶👏👏👏 She treats guests like family members. Even we surprised them to have guest in bad weather as we arrived in Phillipines without knowing that there will be typhoon on the way 😹 .. she is still very welcoming with offering drinks 🫶🍷and very accommodating that she gave us the most excellent room with balcony and nice view of angry ocean that time as it’s typhoon 🌀 Note: those cute furry puppies are welcoming as well 🐶🐶🐶 They let us cook in their kitchen as well which we really love to make our own foods to share and also she’s very helpful in case we need something 🫶 I missed when we eat together that you will feel like home 🏠 💕(not just accomodation) while in vacation ❤️❤️❤️ that’s why we extended some more days with them

Though I understand its typhoon when we arrived, electricity is not working properly for wifi connection and water pump in faucets.. specially I love taking shower almost 2-3 times a day plus Im washing my clothes directly after use 😹 and also internet browsing is important part of life nowadays 😹 But overall, they try to work very well to make it sorted.

Krásná budova, ale to bylo tak vše. Za stejné peníze dostanete daleko lepší ubytování. Byli jsme zklamaný že spíny a otraveneho personálu

Koupelna i WC bylo špinavé neumyte. Měli jsme 2 pokoje a bylo to stejné v celém areálu. Všude špína. Jedná se o krásnou budovu ale uprostřed chudého squatu. Krásná pláž, ale nedá se koupat. Na hotelu jsme byli sami, přesto recepční ječel do půlnoci karaoke. Ráno se nejdříve nasnidal personál hotelu a pak se divili, že chceme snidat také. Obsluha žádná, otravena. Pivo jsme si brali z lednice sami. To by nám nevadilo, ale stejně pak na účtu byl 10 procent poplatek za servis. Byla to drahá past na turisty

Most of facilities are dusty and does not regularly being maintained or clean.

Страшная грязь. Унитазы не работают, как и половина розеток. На пляже мусорная свалка с арматурой и стеклом.
