The staff is welcoming and helpful

Very poor 🚿 . No hot water at all. I was given a different room. But that's ok. But steps leading to the floor is too narrow. Difficult to carry bags so many dogs around the open areas and licking the food plates which aren't collected from the table. The access to the location is very narrow . Driving a car is little difficult

Very comfortable and service was done very well and staff was very accommodating to all our requests. Especially when help was required on jumpstarting our stalled car battery. Outside, cool sea splashing on the dark sands reflect the sunny atmosphere at sunset and surprising land to cover during sunrise. The swimming pool on the resort was refreshing too.

Access to the resort is frustrating but not on the side of the resort but to the local government unit as well as the signs to the resort should be easily seen and followed. I was told the tarpulin signs are stolen by the local residents which is very disappointing. I hope this issue gets resolved soon for more local and foreign tourists to arrive.

The entire hotel staff were extremely professional and courteous. The hotel and property was kept immaculate. The room accommodations were perfect.

The issue was with the two adjacent properties on either side of my hotel (White Castle Hotel). I checked-in on Monday, March 18th. The first night was absolutely peaceful, tranquil and very relaxing. On the second night (Tuesday, March 19th), on the property next door/adjacent to my hotel was having a “family reunion” of approximately 30-40 people less than 40-meters from my bedroom window. This party lasted only until about midnight, with a beach bonfire, extremely loud karaoke singing, plenty of alcohol consumption and loud voices. I said nothing to my hotel management the next morning, because the previous night of partying next door became somewhat quieted/acceptable around midnight. However, on the third night (Wednesday, March 20th), there was a huge party at the hotel next door. It was a “Corporate Team Building Event” for the employees of a company in Manila. They were playing games, making announcements on a loud public address system, singing karaoke on a professional karaoke machine, drinking alcohol and partying around a large bonfire on the beach. They didn't stop until 2:00 AM. Needless to say, I woke up around 1:30 AM, and I couldn't fall back asleep until after 3:00 AM. And to make matters worse, this Corporate Team Function/Corporate Party”fired-up” their public address system and started singing karaoke on a professional karaoke machine again at 5:55 AM…!!! With little sleep after two nights of partying “neighbors” next door on both sides of my hotel room, I notified the hotel management that I had decided to check out of my room one day early and return to Manila. And even though the Hotel Manager agreed to refund the last/final night, this website (Booking dot Com) refused to honor the refund…!!!

Pool open for long hours of the day, nice view from the window, private place for us to eat, staff were quite helpful, replied to my texts in English and gave a free tricycle ride back to the main road. Free good breakfast. Right next to the beach. Room we stayed in was very pretty and we had food delivered straight to the room even after we arrived quite late.

Old woman chased me around tried to sell me hugely overpriced gear, the hotel doesn't allow outside food and drinks so they can make you eat and drink their reasonably overpriced food and drink (but it wasn't too bad). Bicycle rent would have been nice but I'm probably asking too much. The beach itself is not the prettiest but of course this isn't the hotels fault. TV didn't work properly (kept on turning off randomly).

The food is excellent and staff are friendly.

Theres not much to do outside the hotel.

The staff were accomodating and were courteous too. I like the homey vibe of the resort
