Sehr freundliches Personal und allgemein; sehr schönes Apartment mit einem wundervollen Ausblick. Einkaufszentrum fußläufig erreichbar und 2 schöne Strände mit Bus innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum ebenfalls 15 Minuten mit Bus erreichbar.

Die Hitze staut sich dort sehr schnell, auch die Klimaanlage kann z.B nachts kaum etwas ausrichten

Posizione comoda a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Olbia ma vicina a supermercati e centro commerciale, zona molto tranquilla. Casa nuova e accogliente, cucina fornita di tutto lo stretto indispensabile.

Peccato per la piscina della struttura non accessibile per la mancanza del bagnino.

It was quiet. Quite clean. Good Bed although it squeaked a lot.

Very small. The pictures look like it’s a lot Bigger. The view isn’t that good on one side you have the view of the city and on the other you have the view of a gravel parking lot

Overall really nice place, good size, reasonable kitchen with big fridge-freezer. Two AC units one in balcony, one in the room — although they struggled to fight the heat, they were just about good enough. We really liked balcony, it had window which means cold air from AC was not running away (otherwise it would be difficult to sit there!). Location was very good for us, but make sure to rent a car! If you don't have a car, it will be really challenging! There is parking spot, under the roof, and it's very convenient to get in/out. I was worried about the airport noise (it's very close), but it was not noticeable. Host was also very lovely, quick to reply and helpful with checkin.

Water supply was biggest challenge. It seems there is finite supply of water for the building so you might not be able to shower during "rush hours". For us, it came back 30-40 minutes later. Not really a big issue, but might need planning around. AC units could be more powerful. They were just enough to not overheat, but in the evening (flat is facing west so has a lot of sun/heat in the afternoon) it was a bit too hot.

Clean and cosy space, nice location.

It would be nice if you will have soup, kitchen preparatins ( sponge, spring, cloth)! That was really missing there. Wrong thing was that it wasnt possible to open balcony windows!
