הגישה לחדרים רק במדרגות . אין מעלית במלון, הסביבה רועשת (סביבת ברים ) והבניין ליד עובר שיפוץ ושומעים הכל .

The owner moved me to another hotel in the group, the Eyal Hotel, without charging me more. So I definitely did get good value - it was also in a better location.

It would not have been so good had I stayed in the original hotel, there was no one there but a number was provided on the door and I telephoned and the manager came round and took me to the other hotel.
