DEVery friendly host. He helped us with the transport back to mestia. And we could leave our luggage there after checkout. The accommodation is really nice and comfy. Would recommend!
PLVery helpful and hospitable owner, comfortable beds, common kitchen with tea, coffee. They have a small art gallery with unique paintings. The breakfast was amazing, lots of food and everything was delicious
HUWe spent one night at the apartment. The room was fine. The owner was very kind and helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone, but keep in mind that there are frequent power outages in the village, which can make things a little difficult. The temperature dropped to about 9 °C at night and there’s no heating in the rooms. Overall, the property offers as much as it can given the local conditions, but if you’re not used to staying in the mountains this may not be a very comfortable experience. This is not a criticism of the owners — they did everything they could to make our stay pleasant.
A hairdryer would also be a nice addition, as we were soaking wet and couldn’t dry our clothes.

JPThe homemade dinner was absolutely delicious. They even offered me some homemade chacha. The room was the cleanest I've stayed in during my time in Georgia. I made several requests upon arrival, and the host kindly accepted them all. The glacier tour was also worry-free, as they arranged an English-speaking driver.
When I arrived, the toilet in the room was broken, but the host changed my room, so there was no problem.
DEThe house is relative newly built with a super location at the highest point of Ushguli. It's possible to have a look over more or less the whole village as well as the glacier in the background. The host was super friendly and helpful. He speaks perfect English!
Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to get breakfast without pre-booking. Nevertheless, there are several options to get breakfast close by for less prices.
ATNice guesthouse with friendly and welcoming hosts. The location is excellent, and the rooms have everything you need plus an amazing view from the balcony. We enjoyed drinking chacha and eating homemade cake with the host – a memorable experience 😊 Thanks!
