No había agua caliente

Well equipped room with AC, big TV, kitchenette (though no stove), spacious shower, good warm water, etc. Excellent staff who are very helpful. Location is near centre, 10-15 mins walk though in the messier part of town, on a little road that seems to be a main diving route with constant traffic jams.None of this bothered us as traffic noise can't be heard inside and the area felt more authentic and still felt safe, but North of the Centro is def more upscale. Also early check in at 2 and late check out at noon.

Despite all this unfortunately I cannot recommend this place as the noisiness from the other rooms truly prevented good rest and woke us up from 6am every day. We are not sensitive to noises and never complain about this, however the other reviews were right, this place is another level. You can hear every piece of conversation or movement from other rooms, even with earplugs which we never normally use. There is a loud noise whenever someone opens a tap that sounds like it's coming from your room. On our first morning there was hammering sound every 10 seconds from 6am (no idea what it could have been). There is always some sort of noise at every second. This meant we were tired the whole trip and would have changed accommodation had we not stayed for just two nights.

The service and attention from the coordinator Diana was great since the beginning

every time when use the toilet the noise of water pump on the roof was so loud even during the night, was so difficult to sleep

The host and cleaning staff were very accommodating.

There was no breakfast, nor laundry.
