"The staff was excellent. The location was very good. The apartment itself was a bit shabby."

The setting was great with all the vegetation around the buildings that provided maximum privacy.

The apartment itself badly needs a refresh. The hot water was very difficult to regulate

"The complex was nice and well maintained, The condo was not, but the management was very helpful."

The condo was very dated and had not been renovated. The washer and dryer was not n the contract, they were in the utility room with a pad locked on it. Spare room sliding door did not open, screens on the all sliding doors had big holes in them. It was very over priced for what we got.
