Beautiful flat in city centre

The flat was really modern and well fitted out. Everything was there for a really comfortable stay in the city centre and so close to all the bars, restaurants and shops. As we were only staying for the one night as a stopover whilst taking our daughter to Nuffield Hospital, we didn't have the opportunity, unfortunately, to experience any of it.

Difficulty in finding our parking spot. The fact that there was a parking space was one of the reasons I chose this accommodation. There was no Flat number given in the booking information so we had to call the owner to ask for it and ask where we should park as the bay wasn't marked up accordingly. It turned out that we weren't actually able to park our car in the space as there was a car already parked there so the owner suggested that we leave ours next to the wall at the back of the yard and not in the designated space. Not a good start. We came out later to see if we could move it but the car was still there in our space! When we went round to the front of the building, we found that the key safe box was near the ground on the wall outside the outer door to the property. I had to get down on my knees to turn the numbers to match the code we'd been given but it took multiple attempts (and ragged fingernails) to open the key safe box. Really not what we expected after travelling for several hours! We had the same issue again whilst replacing the key as we were leaving the property. I would suggest that the owner replaces the box, which appears to be faulty and, if possible, sites it higher up on the wall to avoid this problem for future guests.

Comfy Sofa , very comfy bed! Situated in an excellent part of Brighton! Plenty to eat, see do all within good walking distance ! Lots of mini supermarkets near by. Doesn’t list on the page itself but Wifi is available.

Nothing ! Was perfect !

Everything about this flat was beautiful! I came to Brighton only for a couple of hours as me and my friends needed somewhere to stay for a couple of hours before moving on to our next destination and it was a very comfortable place to sit and relax. Very clean with great facilities and the owner was very kind to us and I was able to get in touch with him when I needed his help in finding the parking which was really appreciated by my friends and I. The location of the property was also brilliant for us. A 20 minute walk to the beach which also meant close to the town but far enough away that it was a little quieter
