The Farmhouse Palm Tree Cabin

I loved everything about The Farmhouse Palm Tree Cabin. The cabin was surrounded by palm trees,it was giving tropical island vibes. We had a private hot tub, which was already warm when we arrived, perfect for a winter getaway. The property also has a swimming pool. Vanessa (hostess) and her husband Harald were absolute gems,so friendly and accommodating,it felt like visiting family. They were always just a phone call away. There was a pool room, which was a bonus for me, because I love billiards. We were served a lovely breakfast every morning, which was included in the price (bonus). I am already planning my next visit 😀

The weather was a bit windy but that's of course not the location or host fault. Despite bad weather. Our stay was very very good

Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Host was very efficient and helpful.

I had a problem locating the property as it wasn’t well signposted and directions on the host website was not visible. It didn’t help that I had no cell phone signal to call the host but that was a networking problem.

The warm, genuine welcome from Venessa and her family made feel at ease. The gardens and the palm trees gave the property a sense of tranquility and you almost forget about time. My dog was free to roam and he made a few furry.friends. And not to mention the breakfast, a good way to start you day and very yummy.

Loved the remote feel! It was so cozy and accommodating!

We were on our way to Stellenbosch University for a conference and the property was located perfectly on our route. We loved the vibe of the place. The hosts were friendly and even phoned to ask if they could start the fire to warm up the water for the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is a winner and we loved our evening on the farm.

I liked everything about the property it was beyond my expectations they were very accommodating

I really enjoyed the location of this area. The people were great, the food was good, and the hosts were as welcoming as I have been around, giving me a full tour of the area.
