The self check-in was easy, and Damir responded quickly to messages and provided clear and detailed instructions. The apartment is in an excellent location in a brand-new building that seems to not be fully occupied yet, so it is quite peaceful even though it's very close to the city center, less than 10 minutes to the old town. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. Everything is new. Everything is perfectly clean, one of the cleanest appartments we ever visited.

I'm sorry to give a lower rating and such a review, but it would have meant a lot to me if I could have read this before, as I definitely would not have chosen this apartment. Seems that apartment was originally office space or a small store/studio converted to apartment.... As seen in the photo I uploaded, these are the windows of the apartment, the whole wall. It's obvious that this is a repurposed building that was not initially intended to be an apartment. The windows cannot be opened because they are not residential windows. Since we couldn't open them to ventilate, the air in the room was stale, especially since the floors are made of some rubbery-plastic material, so the plastic fumes could be felt in the air, probably because the floors are very new and recently made. Another problem is that, as can be noticed in the photo, this is a passageway for the building residents, with people passing by the windows from early morning, contributing to the lack of privacy. On top of everything, it was very important to us, and we emphasized during booking, that we needed parking. The apartment does not have any parking within the premises. It is a public parking area that anyone can use. We had to wait in the car for almost half an hour for a spot to become available because only about fifteen spots are available, and all other spots are secured with barriers. But OK, later we found out that there are several large public parking lots nearby, such as Parkolo. Host could add to description that there is no parking on premise, but there are few big public parkings near apartment.

Actually, a little bit unexpected that there is a hole in the bed sheet, and I discussed with the host they said someone will rip replace it in the next morning but the fact is that it didn’t changed the hole is still there. And also, you should be careful when you are taking a shower sometimes the water could be running out the bathroom because of the slope of the floor. You should adjust the angel of the shower.

Our host, Damir, was very accommodating to our requests and attentive to our needs. Short walk to the Old Town.

Free toiletries was included in the list of facilities when I made the booking. But during our stay, only hand soap was provided. When I asked for body soap and hair shampoo, I was told to buy my own soap and shampoo.

Accomodations were in the middle of town and surprisingly quiet.
