Carmela's Guest House Pompeii

The host was very nice and helpful! The apartment was nice and clean. The location for wisiting the ruins of Pompeii is excellent! There is a private praking space as well! (It is a bit difficult to navigate with a large car, but doable.)

The master bedroom faces the street and is quite noisy during the night. If you are sensitive to noises, or have trouble sleeping, please keep this in mind!

Very clean house, welcoming host,

It is a large two bedroom apartment with a huge impressive veranda. Very well located for the ruins and shopping. Owner very helpful and excellent communication. Excellent air conditioner. Very close to a Pizza restaurant where we had the best pizza we have had for a long time.

Nothing.

The apartment is very comfortable and in a good location to visit the Pompeii Archeological Park. There is a secured parking space behind the apartment. It is close enough to the Pompeii train station and entrance to the Pompeii ruins to walk there. There is a large terrace and the kitchen has enough utensils to accommodate some cooking. It is next door to a very good supermarket with many local specialties. Mr. Guiseppe, who met us with the keys, is very kind and made sure we were comfortable with everything before he left us.

The hot water tank is not large enough to accommodate two showers in a row if the first person takes a longish shower. We had a little trouble finding the property despite the owner sending us a google map of the location. It is in a busy area with a lot of commercial traffic and establishments, so perhaps Googlemaps got a bit confused. We finally stopped the car and walked to find the door - we were only 140 meters away.

The house is very well equipped and sits in excellent location.

Great location for Ruins and train stations. Did day trips to sorrento and amalfi easily
