Tenants apt upstairs wasn't insulted very well! It sounded like they were walking around in our apt everytime any of them walked on the floor. There are cars parked all over the property with lots of them not in operation. Those parked outside the gated driveway along the street were apparently ones they rent. We had to park outside the gate & open & close a large gate.

Privacy.

Needed a good cleaning and paint job. They need to get rid of the scatter rugs and rug in living room, tripping hazard waiting to happen. We rolled up the small rugs. Need to have night lights, there was no channel guide, a bunch of cars on the property made it look like a dump. We shared the A/C with people upstairs, there was a note to not setting it to low or high so they stay comfortable also. We froze at night and we had it set at 80 cold air still came out. No extra blankets, there was a comforter in the closet but it smelled. Thankfully I brought a sweatshirt with me and slept in that every night. It has a lot of potential but I suggest cleaning and fixing it up more before renting it out.
