"Lovely , friendly, clean and great location with off road parking"

Milk, water bottles provided in the fridge plus Tea making facilities and Netflix, lovely big room, 2 chairs to watch TV rather than on a bed. Plenty of space. Very Clean. Face cloths provided as well as great towels. Off road parking. Highly recommend .

Bathroom door didn't close fully but it was because we didn't know it had come off the runner so not a big deal for anyone booking in the future as it will be sorted.

"Great overnight stay, train station to Cromer/Norwich just 5 mins from guest house."

Breakfast not available, just the room which was fine for our overnight stay. The host Elizabeth was super helpful with instructions for access and we had a private parking space which was great in the middle of a busy seaside town of Sheringham

the guest house did not have meals included. It was just off the roads leading to everything that was going on.
