Appartamento tra lago e cielo

We loved this apartment and would definitely stay again. The view is amazing and never gets old! The apartment is as beautiful as the online pictures, if not more! Comfortable beds, great shower, big bath tub, washer and dryer, and a great big kitchen that is extremely spacious. The entire living room looks out at the mountain! The access to opening the widows for fresh air with the automatic shades, for every window that cuts out the moring sun and daily heat, is just a push of the button! The bedrooms are very big with lots of room to unpack. Extra blankets are in the closets, too. We took the bus everywhere except a cab back to the train station when we left. The cab ride to or from the train station for 2 people, 2 pieces of luggage was 15 euros, and it is worth it to not have to roll your luggage up the diveway ramp at the apt. It's about a 7-minute cab ride. The No7 bus picks up in front of the apt and takes you into town with several option stops. In town, straight ahead past the ferry on your right is the bus station. You can buy bus passes for the entire day to get around town on all the other buses too. You can also but round trip passes to the other towns. Cabs are easy, too. $11.00 euros from downtown to the apt. Beware intown busses and cabs or just late night cabs don't run on Thursdays but the walk, for us was 15 minutes into town. The bus stop is the second stop when you turn to go up the street, so after the first stop, hit the button so the driver stops at the next stop. If you miss it, it's ok. The bus loops around, so get off on the way down the hill..lol Our stay was the first week in May, and the weather was perfect. The hostess for the Apt is amazing, super friendly, and very helpful. No need for me to take pictures as the pictures posted are exactly what you are getting. It's even nicer that the pictures posted!! Can't wait to come back.

Location and view

Everything was perfect, especially the view! The apartment is fully equipped, Sara was always helpful. There is a bus stop nearby, but you can also walk to the centre and train station.

The staff were extremely unfriendly!

Spacious, handsomely designed apartment with unbeatable vista over the lake. Located on a hill not far from the city centre, there is an excellent bus link to town.
