Bed was comfortable and the staff were very organized

Facilities were adequate. The stay is affordable, and the location is not bad.

HUGE RED FLAG - It is mentioned on Booking.com that smoking is not allowed in this hotel. YET the rooms come with an ashtray, and the first room that was given to us reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff were rude, and simply doused the room with room freshener when we asked them to change the room. The washrooms weren't cleaned properly, and sometimes reeked of a bad odor. The sheets had a few small stains on them. There was no elevator. The rooms weren't maintained properly. It looked shady from the outside, and that is not shown in the listing pictures on Booking.com.
