a swim up room is the way forward ! We had the pool almost to ourselves most days - wonderful ! Very close to main street in Kavos, but not disturbed by party people . Staff very friendly and extremely helpful.

More communication re choices of food for the evenings - as in what was there going to be. Food was good though

Beautiful, small hotel with the friendliest staff ever. The food was delicious, it was selfmade with high quality ingredients. The pool and the sea was wonderful. Everybody was very kind.

The doors don‘t isolate at all - you can hear everything through closed doors - especially loud and drunky English people. But that is the only thing I can complain about in this hotel.

Amazing staff, super helpful and friendly, every day with an infectious smile and a good laugh. The location is pretty well split between buildings and facilities and a bit away from the main road, shielding you from traffic and people noises. Also, the property has a decent number of parking spots. The travel agency right on the main road has excellent prices and services and they were super helpful with cancelling one sea trip for us when we had a sea sickness issue. We were upgraded to a pool view room, again amazing customer service. The property had evening events with various themes almost every night. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. And I cannot forget Margarita with her amazing Freddie cappuccino and freddo espresso skills. Special mention to Ketty at reception who was a delight ( i hope I did not butcher her name).

We had a bit of a plumbing issue in our room meaning if as a girl you wanted to take a longer shower or wash your hair you ended up with the Great Lakes in the bathroom. Given the rating of the hotel and the temperatures we could have used more than one bottle of water for 7 days for 2 people.

Good location and private pool. Staff were friendly.

The food was disgusting- breakfast and dinner. Some dinners we could not eat, the taste was awful. Toilet was broken asked 3 times for it to be fixed, blamed us for breaking even though we hadn’t used it. Shower floods. Towels were taken by the cleaners and not replaced.

Quality

Very beautiful reception and lobby, all in greek style and marble. We had nice room with access to the pool. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast with plenty of options. The staff is super nice, always available to you and ready to help. Especially thanks to lady Ines, she made us a very lovely welcome and we got the upgrade room! The beach is in front of the hotel, sunbeds and umbrellas included. Hotel is in the centre of Kavos, many restaurants, shops and bars around. We didn’t miss anything.

Hotel is in the centre of Kavos so it can get pretty wild at night (parties etc.) but we didn’t mind.

Amazing spot staffs were Absolutely Amazing and helpful. 10/10
