Close to Leisure Valley Park Food is good

We booked an apartment but in reality it was a hotel. In the pictures there was a large glass window, an open space with seating arrangement in our room but the actual room had no windows. The address sent to us by the hotel manager was wrong. He sent us address of another property which shows how they don’t care about the comfort of the people. The kettle in the room was broken too.
