Le porte che andavano sulla strada avevano la serrature rotte e per non dormire con le porte aperte ho dovuto prendere un altro hotel last minute cmq era anche sporca non c'era neanche uno specchio in bagno il resto non lo so perché nessuno mi ha soccorso nonostante i reclami quindi me ne sono andata

It was great location and easy parking. Marc and James from the tailored accommodation was great at communicating all the way until check-in and was try to help get things sorted but by then it’s too late as we was on our last night.

When we first arrive, the property was very dirty. The pictures look nothing like how the property actually is. There was poo behind the bathroom door. There was also poo outside the back door. A bin that was overflowing by the back door. The rug was not clean. The bath was filthy. The boiler was broken so it’s cold in there. Someone was sent out to come and fix the boiler but it didn’t work. Not ideal when you bring a baby on holiday. The TV only had one channel that worked. The small bedroom window is letting in so much wind and noise. The double bed in the big bedroom was like the mattress was broken and had a spring into my side all night. The radiators cover in the front room was broken. It’s all very outdated and in need another big clean.

Awesome place, perfect for us whilst we’re trying to get ourselves settled. Very homely, lots of space clear communication from the team
