The staff was so friendly and accomodating that it felt like staying at a friends place. We got a tour of all of their garden and got their help to visit 2 waterfalls! (The one right next to the lodge and the one 4 kilometers away). The food was also very tasty and served in large portions, so a big thank you to the kitchen staff aswel! Aside from the lodge we also took on the challenge of trying to reach Adams peak. We unfortunately didn't make it all the way (this side of the mountain has 11.000 steps), but we enjoyed the entire experience. Amazing views, some wild animals and we were completely alone the entire day due to it being off season. We would definitely recommend anyone to try to do Sri Pada off season.

"Very nice location"

3.0

You have a very good choice for breakfast and they serve it very attractive way. I like this place as there is a very nice stream in this property is very attractive and you can have a Barth in the stream while having a nice natural fish therapy to your feet,

Property is still under the construction and so it looks not very tidy as expected. Staff members are not trained well for the proper hospitality and customer care. Particularly they were unprofessional to answer phone call.

"Wonderful host, and will be a beautiful place when all finished"

8.0

This is a lovely spot up in the hills at the start of the trail up Sri Pada. You can do the trail right from the house. Anushka the owner went out of his way to show us around, and was a fantastic host. He has a wonderful vision for the place. We dipped our feet in the river and had them nibbled by fish. And Anushka taught us how to play Carrom. A lot of fun! We ate a great and cheap dinner in the local village. It was a bit of a building site while we were there, as they were just finishing the second floor of the building, and some of the gardens too. When all finished I think it will be very nice.

There was a broken tuk-tuk leaking petrol parked right outside the bedrooms. We were getting headaches from the fumes, and had to ask them a couple of times before they moved it. Surprising for an eco-lodge that they were unaware of this being a problem. The electricity pylons ruin the perfect view of the jungle a little. The food is too pricey. But you can just eat in the local village instead.

"Very good"

Cons: Still unfinished, restaurant in the hotel is quite expensive for the location. I would prefere go elsewhere. Pros: Great place when you are planing to go to the Sri Pada/Adams Peak. Advise: the hike to the top will take around 4:30h if you are in a good condition. But it’s a serious hike!
