We have a lot of problems with the payment and the receptionist, we couldn’t pay with card and later when we went to the ATM and pay, they also charge us with the card and had a lot of problems to refund us

We stayed for 15 days but they only clean the room for one day and I even asked for it. One of the lady in the front desk is not really accommodating and costumer friendly.

Had no tv or internet asked staff for internet took 5 hours before they did anything and still had no tv working very poor service

Not really much to say. But the location was okay for places to eat fairly local but otherwise this place is nowhere near anywhere.

Location. The lady receptionist when I checked in were really unfriendly. Is it really so hard to smile every so often? However the gentleman on checkout was totally different. Helped me get a grab taxi and went out of his way to serve me.

Other than value of money, nothing at all.

Location, building is too old, not the same as the photos in booking.com. Not accessible to anything especially transport. Rude receptionist last night, when she asked about the security deposit, we asked if we can checked in first then go outside to withdraw since we dont have cash. She said she cant, as she need to follow protocol which we understand. But she gave us a grumpy eyes look when we told her that one of us will stay in the reception area because the other one will go to the atm machine and withdraw the cash. And the entire time I'm with her in the reception, her actions were so rude.
