NLThe owner and staff were really sweet and friendly. They helped us with information and also with storage of our bags when we were leaving for a few days to Munnar! The location is great, as it's close to the fort and a lot of nice cafés and restaurants! The staff was always ready to help, told us when the breakfast was ready and making it as comfortable as possible.
For 2 persons we had a pretty small room and bed, at the booking site it's not well pointed out that it's actually a 1 persons room. Also the fan made quite a lot of noise. Other then that, nothing to complain about this hotel!
