Cozy Studio in Central Lisbon

Wir haben im Appartement nur gefrühstückt, die Ausstattung war dafür völlig ok. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war sehr leise. Die Innenstadt mit dem Bus in 20 Minuten erreichbar.

The location is fairly good, even though there are few streets around that you should avoid. It's central, has good connections to the center.

The apartment was not clean enough and it smells weird. There are also neighbors that scream on the street, starting 7am. Leaving one or two pieces of toilet paper for 5 days and half of a sponge for dishes is just funny given the price per night. I do not feel like it's worth the money.

We have no complaints about the cleanliness of the property, which met our expectations.

Our stay at this property was disappointing, as several issues need urgent attention. Firstly, the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. It’s clear from previous reviews that other guests have raised the same complaint, yet no action has been taken to address this. Something as simple as a mattress topper from Ikea, costing less than 100, could greatly improve the comfort. This lack of attention suggests a disregard for guest comfort, prioritizing profits over providing a decent experience. Secondly, the door to the flat does not fully seal, allowing cold air and wind to enter. On days when the temperature drops below 10°C (which was our case), this makes the space uncomfortably chilly (even with a heater). Basic insulation improvements could easily resolve this and be ecologically efficient. Additionally, both my boyfriend and I developed significant allergies during our stay. While the source remains unclear, it’s likely related to the mattress, sheets, or pillows. This raises concerns about the quality of the bedding materials provided. While the property’s location may seem convenient due to its proximity to the city center, it is situated in a street of social housing. This made us feel unsafe walking back at night. Guests should be made aware of this in advance.
