i never arrived. i am extremely upset at the change you made when i was walking in the camino. i spent a lot of my valuable time to determine on your hotel and i tbink that to change it was abominable. i find it difficult to believe that you didn't know about renovations when i made the booking a few days earlier. i am entitled to a complete refund . and intend to take the neccessary steps to receive it

The room was very spacious. And the location was fantastic. Even though you had to walk up the hill a lot of the things to see it was a great location.

It would’ve been really nice if the guest can drop their luggage off. Or leave it in till they either move on to a different place or their flight leaves. Porto was very hilly and it is a lot to drag your luggage with you.

Ruidos, mal aislado , sin ascensor, viejo, ducha que no funciona, sin calefacción,

Baño sucio,cortinas pegadas de la suciedad,suelo roto ,paredes desconchas,ducha pintada y desconchada.Mando de ducha no funcionaba,toallero y mesita arrancada.Comentamos a la propiedad y nos dice que no lo sabía y nos bucaba otra habitación ,a las 3 horas nos escribe que no tenía disponibilidad.Sobre todo que no os den la Ketch

Das Zimmer ist riesig und die Lage grandios. Alles war sauber , an ein paar Stellen im Bad schon etwas bröckelig . Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit Ein bisschen Besteck wäre hilfreich oder eine Tasse und ein Teller .
