Attico con terrazza sul porto

Perfecto! The host Lorenza was simply adorable, so we're her parents, checkin was smooth n we were lucky to have had an early one, view from terrace was splendid, saw cruise ships docking in n out as harbour was right next to us, kitchen was well equipped for cooking yet could improve with a microwave addition maybe? Bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient n free n right in front of flats, however on weekdays locals did double parking, so if you plan to drive out by morning just take note n try to park somewhere where you are unlikely to be obstructed. We didn't have a problem coz we parked for 3 nights n moved about on foot since. The great news is they have a lift up to the 2nd floor though it has to be the slowest lift on earth! So what, I've got the time.

The hosts were great! Silvana & Fabrizio were friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment is really clean with excellent facilities - including air conditioning. I would describe it as charming, traditional and comfortable. Location is great, just 10 minutes walk from Via Roma with a private terrace overlooking Palermo Harbour. An amazing view It is one of the best private apartments I have stayed in when visiting Palermo - highly recommended, I would definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The appartment is marvelous. Thanks to Silvana and Lorenza, they thought of every detail in it. There are 3 levels, but everything is very convenient and cosy, the appartment is well decorated and there is everything you may need. The terrace on the roof is fantastic. The place is located qiute near a port with huge sea liners. 12 min walk to Piazza Marina. Highly recommended.

Just the walk to the old town and airport bus - trying to negotiate the traffic sometimes was stressful

Nic negativního, everything was perfect

- the terrace is wonderful - the furnitures and layout of the apartment was great - the living room and bedroom were airconditioned - selective waste collection - Silvana was very nice and helpful - written descriptions about the city, sights etc.

- the kitchen is not airconditioned, its warm up there - the industrial surrounding, waste on the streets, "hostesses" on the corner in the evenings

Authentic Palermo home with huge terrace and stunning views of the harbor. Very friendly and helpful owner with great communication.

Sometimes parking can be complicated without a dedicated space, but overall it was ok.
