Spacious apartment, good location

Very “tired” in places, dim lighting, bathrooms were hot, water pressure weak, very noisy bedroom even with slats on window closed tightly. Bathroom door broken, fans in my parent’s property were very slow. Adults pool was not for only adults, lots of older kids doing bombs and not big so can’t escape them- also no umbrellas (I guess due to wind) so can’t sit in any shade. Reception had no umbrellas despite very regular drizzle on the island. Went to outrigger with The Duke’s bar&restaurant there and wished we had booked that instead really- stunning pool area and Duke’s is lovely.

The property had a great restaurant, Captain Jack’s. The pool was nice. The beach was right there. It’s a nice place for families with young children and those who don’t care about the noise level anywhere.

We called this the 80% property. Everything is 80% there. Maintenance in the place was constantly being called for issues in the condos. They ran short on beach towels and were telling people to wash the ones they had. The noise level was an issue for our family.

Location was great on the water.

Staff made this trip not what it should have been! Attempted to double charge fees already paid, then told me to take it up with Booking.com. Manager later called me and apologized and provided the refund. My family also stayed here. Staff failed to process their credit card when checking in. When they checked out, they sent security guards to get them to go down to the front desk to provide the credit card. Their mistake, not my families! Never has this happened before. Maybe they should have picked up the phone and called, like normal people!! So insulting and causing severe unnecessary embarrassment.

Comfortable and spacious condo with a full kitchen. Ocean access was as good as it gets. There are plenty of lounge chairs. Very nice pool. Captain Jacks restaurant was very good and reasonable. Our balcony looked over the back of the property, but the price fit out budget. There are ocean views available, albeit pricier.

The location was fantastic and the staff swiftly took care of our issue!

There was no A/C! This was not listed in the property details upon booking. The listing says they have “ceiling fans” but does not explicitly say there is NO A/C. Not only do I have severe asthma that can be induced by heat but I am 7 months pregnant and the heat is unbearable for extended periods of time. I don’t understand how this listing is allowed to not specify something SO important to people’s health.

Location was good.

Amenities were a bit dated. Staff were responsive, but not friendly. Hotel wanting to charge for an extra pouch of coffee (1 provided for each night's stay) was ridiculous. For a $320+/night stay, and additional $1.50 for a pouch of coffee is absurd.
