"being located next to a busy freeway (I-17) the noice made it impossible to sleep."

there was no breakfast available.

hangers in the closed....there were none. TV that worked. No telephone, not everyone has a cell phone and for those who don't this could be a serious issue at a time of health need or fire.

The apartment was clean and stocked just as stated. The property was quiet.

Well there were extra fees that we were not made aware of prior to booking. With a no refund policy, it left us no choice but to pay the extra. Also, I asked to check in 2 hours earlier, and found out I would be charged another $50. I stayed with 4pm check in. It took almost an hour to get checked in. They didn't give me a discount for the delay. You are only given the door code thru Metro's front desk, you don't get via email. It didn't sound like good customer service to charge $25 an hour but not acknowledge my wasted time. Couldn't get the laundry app to work.

"There was no stay couldn’t check in I didn’t stay"

I never checked in. It was False advertisement fake pictures I never checked in. It was just so bad. I couldn’t oark because I would be in danger if igot out of the car The outside was so bad falling apart, people outside smoking drugs and fighting kids outside fighting trash dumpster so full that the trash was on the ground instead of in the trashcan I could not check in because it was so scary. I left the property as fast as I could, as I said never checked in never got out of my car. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to spend a night there I felt like I have to run for my life because if the people smoking drugs outside, didn’t get me, the roof would fall in and kill me. The place was so old, it’s hard for me to Booking.com at this point and I always went with Booking.com instead of the other websites, but I don’t know if I can anymore after this was fake fake false advertisement
