Newly furbished, comfortable and well equipped apartment ideal for a couple or a family with 1-2 kids. Private garden is a plus to sit out for breakfast or dinner. Various stores are in walking distance, city center is 8-10 mins drive.

Parking - although free on the surrounding streets - can be a hassle due to lack of parking space and number of locals' cars, prepare for 10-15 mins cruising around and parking farther away from the apartment especially during night.

The property is very clean and all the equipment are functioning well.

The main bedroom do not have AC unit, the only ac is in the kitchen / dining area. Which in the hot summer July, we had to leave the bedroom door open all the time to let the cool air to flow into it. Came back from long walk of trip, can’t find comfortable sleeping area in the bedroom was quite a headache to the family.

The location is ideal to encounter Cinque Terre by car if you don't want to pay a lot to stay in one of the five villages. The apartment was clean and well equipped. For three or four persons its rather small but the price-performance ratio is great. We always found a free parking-lot within 1-2 minutes walking distance from the apartment. A 7/7 open supermarket is within 5-7 minutes walking distance.

The couch-bed is rather small for big people and a little bit unstable. It still worked tough. Also if you're three or four people you need to fold back the couch to be able to place the table in the living room.
