Comfortable, clean and safe. Owner is almost always on site, ready to help with anything, which was convenient.

Slow wifi (I don't know if that's typical for this area). Stove was finicky sometimes, worked off and on.. Bad odor comes from the drain in bathroom sometimes, especially when it rains.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our host Irmi was super hospitable and welcoming! She made our stay so special and we’re very grateful for her openness and care!

This is my second time staying at this apartment – and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment I booked until I stepped into the apartment, the service was outstanding. The host, Irma was wonderful – responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The apartment was exceptionally clean, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in through Booking. The kitchen was fully equipped, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the white sheets were fresh and spotless. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful, picturesque view. The level of cleanliness and maintenance was exactly as I remembered – truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

The location is peaceful and ideal for rest, yet very accessible. The host Irma was amazing – warm, professional, and always available for anything we needed. The level of cleanliness is truly exceptional, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – high-quality mattress with fresh, white linens. It’s rare to find such a quiet, well-kept place with such outstanding service. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back again.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The host is most welcoming. The location is good, in a quiet neighborhood not far from the center. I would definitely stay there again.

It's reasonably modern

Constant sewerage smell in bathroom and also coming out of kitchen sink.Stove has a mind of its own-can't control it.No exhaust above Stove Can't open bedroom window. Located in a dystopian area,extremely poor and depressing part of Tbilisi, taxi drivers hate going there.No good shops around. Representative was half hour late to check me in. Beware,100 gel will be asked for as security even though it is NOT mentioned on the page where you book.You will find it sneakily mentioned elsewhere after searching for half an hour,but only after the owner says it is mentioned SOMEWHERE.
