Broadway Beach Terrace with Private Hot Tub & free parking

On entering the property there was rubbish and a full bin outside that had clearly been there a while as this was smelling bad, fag butts around front door too. Bedding and pillows disgusting, pillows flat and old, we had to buy our own and the staircase was an accident waiting to happen also loumge smelt of urine, it cost us £33 pound to park which wouldn't have been a problem but we understood there was parking with the property. I am disappointed with the hot tub as there are strict rules around most aspects of the use of this, including showering before entering, but clearly, this hadn't been followed or the case with whoever used it before us... there was a thick layer of scum floating around and on one corner of the tub itself. We were unable to get much sleep as the neighbours were making so much noise well in the early hours and didn't seem to want to pay us respect we were requested to pay them in your 'rules' it's a shame because this could have been made more reasonable with some decent clean bedding, a more thorough cleaning regime and clearer details about the parking, and staircase. Would better suit youngsters out till early hours as a place to crash. Needless to say we won't be staying again.

Pillows could of been better quality, we just took the extra pillows from the spare room then it was fine. we were very conscious off children living next door, kept the noise down more than we would of liked on a night away

Garden privacy for hot tub; would have liked more privacy to garden area.

The beds were comfy. Kitchen was easy to use and clean, dishwasher included. Large hot tub and already warm. Clean and tidy living room with big tv. Internet access. Nice dining room.

First at arrival the front door was hard to open and the lock seemed slightly broken. Hot tub seemed to let out dirty water when jets were on and smelt bad. Shower is leaking and the pressure is not strong at all. Two radiators slightly off the wall. There was a couple of dirty mugs and glasses that we re washed before we used them and left over bread in the cupboard. Only two small towels here for us. The stairs are quite difficult to get up and steep. Would not recommend to elderly or of a larger size. On the beds the pillows were very thin. And the front bedroom the socket by the bed didn’t work. In the hallway to get out to the hot tub and garden there is a foul smell.

Great location. Private and great fun for the kids in the hottub.
