Amazing location and the people who run the hotel was so welcoming. An amazing little set of rooms just off the strip. We shall be booking again next year

Small and friendly, good location.

The small snack bar does a good selection of food and drinks including a breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Kostas the manager , Sula the cook/barmaid and the 2 cleaners are excellent - friendly and efficient - nothing too much trouble for them. The apartments are clean with regular change of towels and bedding . Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds on terrace around the pool and in the garden area. Positioned close to all amenities and the beach yet quiet down a short lane .

Perhaps a Toaster in the small kitchenette.

The staff/owner and cleaners went out of their way to make our stay most enjoyable. Most of the guests were frequent returners and were very friendly. The food and drink at the pool bar was great and the pool itself was lovely

The only little grumble was that the beds were hard, although the cleaners done a wonderful job

A very small friendly run hotel, near enough to the bars and restaurants for walking distance. But also set back from the road to be quiet for comfort and sleeping.

Breakfast was lovely, the location and view were both great and our apartment had a south facing view so we had the sun all day long. The location of the apartments is only a 2 mins walk to the beach road where there's everything that you need. The bus stop is only a short stroll away where you can go to Heraklion, Hersonissos, or Agios Nikolas.

Just outside the accommodation they must have dug the road up and it's been left in a bit of a mess very undulating for walking over especially if your disabled would be nice if it could be fixed

Friendly, small apartments where most of the people we spoke to were multiple return visitors, which tells its own story. Only real issues were that the beds were slightly hard, no toaster in room, and the air con was quite noisy (and it's an extra cost; €7 per night). We were in one of the lower rooms, so our balcony didn't get much sun as it is below the level of the garden. Definitely ask for a higher room if you can get one. The pool area is really nice and the pool is clean. Basic food is served at the bar, but it was really nice, and good value. There is a parking area so if you've got a car, that's one less worry. It's a short walk down a narrow street to the main strip through Stalida, with lots of restaurants, shops and bars, and obviously the beach. Overall, quite basic, but very clean, very friendly, no hassle and exceptional value for money.

Beds could have been comfier. Lower level room wasn't the best, although still fine.
