La ubicación es un poco alejada de la ciudad o del centro, esto ayuda a una mayor tranquilidad del bullicio de los autos.

La escalera hacia el 2do piso es bastante inclinada, una persona de 50 años o más tendría dificultades para subir y mucho más para bajar.
