The Wishes Hotel at Chiangmai

Pretty comfortable, good shower and good value for money

Staff have limited English, we stayed 3 nights with no cleaning in between which meant we had overflowing bin and ran out of toilet paper. We were also the only ones staying with no sign of any staff for a couple of days. It’s a little bit out of the way of town so will have to rent a motorcycle for easier access everywhere.

Lovely clean room, good size. Comfortable large bed. A good amount of surface space for all your belongings. Hairdryer included in the room. Good shower.

10 minute walk to enter the Old Quarter, but we knew this upon booking. No housekeeping but sometimes do replenish water bottles. Bedside tables on both side would have be great.

Staff symphatic even if limitid inglish. The pool after one day visite and the moders rooms. We are alone in the hotel

The owner of the hotel was not helpful and not accomodate for our particular situaton . I was ill in hospital and the dates of our travel were modified at last moment so we arrived later and they didnt want modied our reservation. All The others hotels impacted by my illness cancelled without problem our reservation even if the delay had expired. The flexibility and adaptability to the travellers is a service important for us.

It was very clean. The staff tries to be helpful, but doesn't speak any English, so it's a bit difficult here and then. Also, although it's technically not far away, it feels quite remote. That's okay if you have something to work. Maybe it is better suited for couples.

We loved our stay here! It felt like a small family hotel and the staff was very friendly. The hotel and room were very clean and cosy. The owner also gave us great tips and even dropped us off at a temple we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

Such a unique accommodation, it was my dream house when I was a kid. The place is very nice and clean. Staff are very friendly.

It’s a little bit scary coming down the stairs, and the stairs is painful for our legs to stand there. Wifi didn’t work at all and signal was bad. The location is a bit too hidden in small roads so we can’t get public transportation other than calling ‘grab’.
