"A functional and clean apartment suited best for a short stay"

This apartment is functional and clean. It's well-suited for a short stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. The bed is comfortable and the location is great.

There are no basics for cooking (no salt, pepper, oil). There are many rules (guests must mop regularly?!) but no local recommendations. The furniture is functional but not cozy.
