Villa Popolan and Guest House

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it is a great place to rest and felt like home. There are only 6 rooms and you share the kitchen and pool area. It is very quiet and relaxing, the pool is clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, you have room service every day if you want and the staff is very attentive. The bathroom is clean and comfy. Mini fridge and kettle on the room plus TV and strong AC. Wifi is powerful (100mps).

The kitchen is not the most comfortable one and the utilities are old. Even though it is clean, it can use some investment to renew the utensils. Wifi shut down a couple of times during our stay. There are works going on nearby although they are very noisy but you can feel them.

Great room, great pool, kitchen area, comfortable and clean.

A bit far from shopping and only 2 restaurants nearby

They had the best shower! Location also beautiful in the middle of the rice fields

The guests upstairs were loud walkers

Too much ants in the room

Construction work nearby Need a motorbike to go to main area but otherwise it was still close by

Lovely place. Nice big rooms, clean, comfy, friendly staff. Peaceful location in the fields. 10 minutes drive to main town. Easy to order grab/gojek bikes. Not much in the area but nice little cafe over the road.

It is quiet area, beautiful surroundings, AC was working, so was the TV. The pool was great.

A very calm and we’ll maintained hotel. They accommodated a desk for me which I requested privately for.

Further from all the buzz but that’s what I was looking for.
