NZEverything. It had all the things I needed for a weekend get away and could suit two couples or a small group of friends. The small touches of teac, coffee, cooking oil and spices being available for use was super helpful, along with having handy small appliances and cleaning equipment and products to keep the please tidy and clean was super helpful. A superb location with friendly guardians (dogs), with a gorgeous view out to Motukawanui and Motukawaiti off the deck - i will be returning!
NZThe cottage is conveniently located with a shop nearby and great views of Motukawanui. Comfy beds, fast wifi, very homely feeling.
GBThe hosts provided us with all the information we needed to find the cottage and gain access well in advance of arrival. The views from the cottage were amazing and the location was very peaceful. Cottage had everything we needed for our stay with a comfy bed, towels, toiletries and even a outside hammock to relax in plus we really enjoyed all the artwork around the cottage. The cottage is also close to some beautiful walks like the Mahinepua Peninsula track.
The cottage is quite secluded, we arrived a bit later in the afternoon and missed the shop being open to buy anything to eat. The next closest place is 20-30min drive away so just to keep that in mind when staying.

NZherb garden/veg view. large bed,hammock,bbq which was a god send as power went of. books lots of salt/pepper and handy things washer /dryer good.Board games good. very quaint cottage paddocks etc. board games nice.
The toilet door wouldnt open from inside,got stuck in for a few minutes as the door handle upside down.. Friend opened from other side. Would have liked a Tv as was wet weather on days we stayed. The roof iron 2panels were rusted and leaked on outside cushions/table. Demolition sells cheap easy fix. We had trouble shutting the white wood french door which leads out to patio area,had to get friend to push from outside to close.
