No lift facility, Hotel on 2nd floor. Poorly managed.

There is nothing to like in the hotel. It's the worst hotel i have ever stayed.

There was no facility in the hotel. The rooms were horrible. Lift not working. They didn't serve complimentary breakfast also. Bathroom was also horrible.

The staff wasn't good at all. When I went to the hotel the receptionist said that even though you've booked a room (deluxe), there are no rooms currently available. He was rude and was trying to teach me that I should have been in contact with the manager. The hotel manager was not in the town and when I called him he didn't pick up at the first place. Later on I called the 'booking.com' help line no. and they spoke with him. He called me immediately and said that try to adjust in a different room. He offer me the suite which was costly and said deal with the receptionist. Very rude staff, didn't inform me before and on time I had to book a different hotel. Please, don't book this hotel even though some of the reviews are good. Thank you.
