"Not worth the price"

Only the location was near to MG marg. That too we hald to walk its not like it was too close...

No room service. Rooms were never cleaned, linen were not changed for the whole stay not even towel. Washroom was also not cleaned for the whole stay. Top floor people should atleast get room service after paying so much amount

Nothing I repeat nothing From behaviour to room.everything was just ridiculous!!!!

Family Room which I booked they did not gave me One of the most bad experiences I had with this hotel. Every where in the room cockroach are roaming. In the reception desk one aged beared I think he is a manager and also he is from kolkata talk too much do not even know how to deal with the client His each and every words were rough and too much talkative!! It seems like we did the mistake by booking this hotel from booking.com I would like to cocern this to higher authority as well as to the booking.com please look after this matter so that Iin near future anymore tourist face the same problem like me My whole trip was spoiled after staying in this hotel.as well as my 4000rs for two room in this hotel just went into the water..

"totally disaster"

top floor room is big, it has open terrace,

Bathroom in not good also smelling, aslo first floor room is smelling, not worth of money as I pay

Behaviour of the manager, staff, food services, cleaning, room size, bed, bedsheets, ventilation, window, nothing was good total Money wasted with a bad experience
