Luxury Apartment on the Beach

Our stay in this paradise started even before we arrived in Mauritius. A few days before our trip, the amazing host Yulia contacted me, answered all my questions, and sent a very detailed guide with many useful contacts on the island. From that moment, I felt that we had made the right choice. We stayed here with our family for 10 nights. The apartment is exactly like in the photos — and even more spacious in real life. It is located in a gated complex with three small three-story buildings, with only two apartments on each floor. The apartment is on the second floor (stairs only), but the friendly security staff are always happy to help with luggage. There is also a private parking space inside the complex, which is very convenient. The location is beautiful. The complex is next to a large public park with pine trees and birds singing all day. Inside the territory there is a swimming pool (including a small area for children), sunbeds, and a shaded area for everyone to use. There are usually very few people, so we always had enough space. The pool is cleaned regularly and the water was perfect. The garden is also very well maintained. There is direct access to the beach from the complex. The water is shallow for a long distance, and then there are coral areas with many fish — perfect for snorkeling. Unlike some other parts of the island, there are not many boats here, so swimming feels safe. The apartment itself has everything you need: a stove, oven, large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, and many kitchen appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality dishes and cookware. The living room has an incredible view of the park and the ocean — having breakfast there was a real pleasure! There is also a big TV and a very comfortable sofa where we spent wonderful evenings after active days. There are three bedrooms with super comfortable beds and pillows. The master bedroom has its own wardrobe and private bathroom.

Location, spacious layout, lovely sea view,proximity to Belle Mar and Flacq. Having a car very helpful.

Minor defects: external lighting on stairwell, missing tread on pool steps
