The front desk staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. During check-in, the handle on my luggage broke, and they went out of their way to help fix it. Upon check-out, they also assisted me with my luggage. Their kindness and willingness to help made a great impression and contributed to a very pleasant experience.

The bathroom, however, felt a little dated and had a slight odor. While it was generally acceptable, the cleaning could have been more thorough, as there were areas that seemed to need additional attention. With some improvements to the bathroom facilities and housekeeping standards, the overall guest experience would be even better

Great to have access to the pool and spa, breakfast is very good.

Shower was not very good. Location is good for access to Chorsu market and close enough to most things in the city. But not many places to eat in the area.

シャワーの水がフロアに流れていった。 スパなるシャワー設備があるが、フロアマットもない、タオルもない、シャンプーなどもない、汚い、使いかけの使い捨てボディーソープが散乱している。

ウズベキスタン最後に泊まりましたが、スタッフや清潔感など最高のステイになりました！

お酒は室内で飲めません。
