Good place for short escape on town with affordable budget..Fully kitchen equipment for cooking simple menu n a mart at lobby so helpful when hungry. Tq for good expernce

I got a dirty 3rd floor room with a foul smell of drains in the toilet, musty towels like didn't dry and dirty blankets with stains. Sorry.

"Unpleasant stay with a lousy room"

The room was so lousy that I paid more but still got a lousy room. No fans for the rooms. Furniture is very cheap, legs of the chairs are almost broken. Dust covers the floor. The door lock was a problem; it couldn't ever read the access card. During my stay at Massaz I had an unfortunate experience.

Lift waiting area always has many people to wait. It took me about 20 minutes to get into the lift. The lift is always packed. Make the lift service better.

We love Mossaz across the board, regardless of which company it comes under. They never fail to deliver. We will always return as long as they maintain fantastic overall service. I say fantastic because they've laid a benchmark for all other BnB"s. We can't help comparing others to Mossaz. (Mossaz please don't increase your price further because of this review)

Well, the price has increased a lot. We did have the option of paying at the counter last year. Now we have to use the booking apps like Agoda or Booking.com. It is very, very expensive. And their Mana-Mana membership does not give much privileges.
