Janice was very responsive to our queries and very helpful. When we got delayed by ferry cancellations from the South Island Janice refunded our missed night and then helped us reschedule the 1 night we could stay. The accomodation was perfect for our needs and very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the washing machine as many places it seems do not offer one. . Thankyou Janice.

廚房用品調料及設備一應俱全，特別有電飯煲、洗碗機及洗衣機，CP值已勝過太多motel和民宿，屋主在我們到達時先已開窗及空調，備感貼心。附近社區環境相當安靜整潔，令人相當舒適。

第三人的床位於客廳（排骨床），但床墊軟硬度還算是舒適的。

The neighbours flashing Xmas lights right outside main bedroom were a little annoying but otherwise it was great
