City Centre Flat for Sleeping

We had to lift our bags and cases up 4 stories as the lift was broken, on entering the property there was fruit flys in there dozens as all the windows where wide open, the beds where ratty and tacky and the mattress was filthy and ripped, there was sticky floors and the front door handle had fallen off locking us inside the room, I had to bust it open to get out, we ended up leaving after 20 mins and booking another hotel at a huge expense

The flat looked like an abandoned house that half they put some half clean sheets to rent them, the beds all broken, the walls with patches, they had no curtains, the front door was broken, the building was dirty, the lift did not work the flat is on the 4th floor, It is a one bedroom flat but they asked for two beds an unpleasant smell the kitchen had nothing the drawers opened and fell out, you opened the cupboards and dirty clothes with personal things, not even a pot had to boil water, the oven you get the defo stuck from the accumulated grease that has. It was a terrible experience and the price was an exaggeration 270 per night. You complain and Booking.com does not reply to your complaints, how can they publish this type of property on their app.
