1) The booking and usage of the room are restricted for the booked guest(s). Guests cannot invite or have visitors to the property. Having visitors is strictly forbidden. 2) This booking is for a double room and private bathroom facility. This doesn't include access to any kitchen and dining area and there will be no provision of tableware and cookware part of your stay. There are no cooking facilities or fridge/freezer for the guests during their stay. 3) Guests are expected to make their own arrangements for their daily meals to be served and have outside of the property. There are coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants near the property which guests can use to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No takeaway food can be taken to the room so, please don't use the property's address to apps like Delivero or Ubereat to order takeaways. If guests wish to order takeaways, this must be discussed in advance and if possible, the host can organize a time for guests to have their meals in common dining at a set time (charges may apply). 4) The host can provide continental breakfast for guests to their room at the guest's request (extra charges will apply). 5) A surcharge of £20 applies for late arrivals and check-in after 10:30 pm. All requests for late arrival should be submitted to the property in advance and subject to confirmation. 6) Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in every room. Add a continental breakfast for £10 or a full English for £15 per person, per day.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
