"All in all, our stay a the property was great other than the interactions with the property manager."

The apartment complex was gorgeous and the room was beautiful.

The property manager who was suppose to make sure the room was ready for us didn’t even know we booked the room. We called him to verify a few questions we had, and thank god we did. He then preceded to let us know he wasn’t notified of the booking and that the apartment still needed a few touch ups before we arrived. Then after our stay, he immediately contacted us stating the property was “trashed” and that he was going to either file an incidental claim with Bookings or we could “work with him directly and pay $200”. This altercation with the property manager was very concerning. I hope Bookings will look into this matter further and hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else who may book with this property again.

"Great, central location depending on why you are in Washington state."

Central Location (depending on why you are in Washington state e.g. within two hours drive of Seattle, Mt. Rainier National Park, and Olympic National Park), VERY clean, like probably the cleanest AirBnb I have stayed at, key amenities were available, host was receptive and easy to contact. Hosts did a great job furnishing the unit and provided helpful guides for visitors.

BOOKING.COM experience was terrible (at no fault of the host). I was unable to read messages from the host and when I contacted BOOKING.com customer support, all they did was copy and paste the most recent message - meaning I was STILL unable to view any following messages from the host. BOOKING.com did nothing to help me solve the problem so that I could properly receive communications from the host. Regarding the rental: The air conditioning was way too loud and neighbors were also loud past quiet hours.
