The staff who was in the reception, his name is prem, he is a very nice person and knows how to deal with customers.

The second staff who came to the reception was not happy with the discounted price i got for the room. So he was behaving in a impolite and rude manner. Room service was very bad. Even after calling 2-3 times we didnt get the item we asked for.
