GBGBThe room was beautifully decorated, and had a really calm feeling. The whole place was absolutely spotless, and I have high standards! As we visited during a hot spell, being able to use an area of the garden was lovely, and we made the most of it. The location was ideal, very close to the historic mills with their lively bars and places to eat. However, though only a few minutes walk away from all of this, the property was quiet and peaceful. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, offering ice for our drinks and info about the area.
There wasn't anything to dislike, it was all lovely. A small fridge in the room would have been a great addition, but it really is a great place to stay.

GBFantastic little place, incredibly clean, bright and welcoming. Thoughtful snack and tea/coffee options. Very cosy amd warm. Excellent location, close to Sunny Bank Mills and plenty eating places, shops etc. I will definitely return again. Thanks!
GBThe shower!! Our nightmare after a long trip is shower with no water pressure or something put there just to imitate a shower. The shower here was absolutely perfect and amazing. Proper water pressure and hot water. The host met us personally and showed us to the room. It is completely separate and private. It happened to be a cold weekend and they advised immediately they will put the heating up in the evening and in the morning, plus there was an additional heater if we needed it. We didn’t even think about the cold temperatures 😅 The room was spotless, the bed comfortable. Absolutely loved our stay and such a shame it is already booked for the next dates we need, otherwise we would have booked it again without a second thought.
Everything was absolutely perfect.
GBRoom was very comfortable, clean and fresh smelling, beautifully decorated. Tea and coffee facility was very welcome. Location was perfect for coffee shops, bars and the mill in farsley.
Difficult to watch terrestrial TV.
GBNo breakfast was supplied, room and shower very good and clean.Good nights sleep , flexible on time of arrival and car was be parked on driveway. Little touches made a big difference, bottled water to drink, fruit and snacks and toiletries in shower room.
Being of the older generation,we watched the tv a little before bedtime but found we couldn’t find bbc but think it was for those who could sign into Disney or Netflix’s, we weren’t that bothered so didn’t pursue it.
GBWe usually stay with family in Farsley and this was our first experience staying in a private home. It suited our needs perfectly although it was slightly bijou, otherwise we would have rated it excellent. The description and photos were 100% accurate
